All development within the GreenWay Crossing PUD shall comply with the buffering provisions of the landscape ordinance of the city code. In situations where this PUD specifies the provision of a buffer, the buffer may be included within the setback. Any fencing shall be constructed outside any required buffer, unless a landscape plan is submitted by the developer showing how the fence will be designed to blend with the architectural elements of the residential neighborhood with brick or stone posts to be spaced no more than twenty feet (20') on center per the requirements of the city code and is approved by the plan and zoning commission and city council.
