Parking shall be provided for any development within any parcel and shall comply with the provisions of the City Code, unless noted elsewhere in this section. Parking for Parcels H and J shall comply with the provisions of the City Code requirements for attached single-family residential development and one hundred percent (100%) of the garage spaces may be counted toward meeting the requirement. Additional parking for guests in Parcels H and J shall be provided at the ratio of one space for every three (3) residential units and approved at the time of site plan review unless specified elsewhere in this ordinance.
