052-04: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall, with the approval of the city council, adopt building restrictions, easements, and covenants pertaining to the property as determined necessary through the development entitlement process. (Ord. 1331, 10-5-1998)
