Vehicular access from University Avenue and 60th Street may be restricted and limited as deemed necessary by the West Des Moines City Engineer. Access point will be reviewed and approved at the time of site plan or permitted conditional use permit review for each parcel. All proposed drives shall align with the existing drive accesses of adjacent properties.
Based upon the traffic study (dated August 24, 1998) prepared for this site, development within the PUD shall also meet the following conditions:
A. All full access points shall have three (3) lanes to minimize delays (inbound/outbound left/outbound right).
B. A deceleration lane eastbound on University Avenue shall be provided for the single site access to University Avenue in conjunction with the development of Parcel D.
C. Access points off of University Avenue and 60th Street are not proposed for signals.
D. There shall be no individual access off of University Avenue for Parcels A, B, and C, only the single access to University Avenue for the entire site.
E. The northernmost access to 60th Street from the site shall be removed as deemed necessary by the City. (Ord. 1746, 4-23-2007)
