048-10: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall, with the approval of the City Council, adopt building restrictions, easements and covenants pertaining to the property where the developer and the City deem appropriate. (Ord. 1322, 8-10-1998)
