On file with the community development department of the city and made a part of this rezoning approval for concept description and delineation is the conceptual site plan document for the "Jordan Creek Town Center PUD (Planned Unit Development)". It is recognized that modifications to conceptual plan layout may be necessary and compatible with the need to acquire workable street patterns, grades, and usable building sites. Significant changes to the conceptual site plan shall be reviewed and approved by the development planning and inspection manager unless otherwise referred to the plan and zoning commission and city council for action.
