Vehicular access from University Avenue and 90th Street shall be restricted and limited as deemed necessary and identified in the traffic study. This limited access may require cross access easements within parcel 1, if it is to develop as shown on the sketch plan with independent lots, which may not have direct access to University or 90th Street. Access to parcels 1, 2, and 3 need to be coordinated with properties to the north and east, as identified by the traffic study. (Ord. 1273, 10-20-1997)
