The developer shall, with the approval of the city council, adopt building restrictions, easements and covenants pertaining to the property as determined necessary through the development entitlement process. Within parcel 3b, the developer shall include a provision in the covenants that all fencing within the thirty foot (30') buffer park easement along the south boundary of the PUD be consistent in materials and appearance.
