Vehicular access from Westown Parkway shall be restricted and limited to one joint ingress-egress drive. The number of access drives to the north shall be limited to two (2) and the developer of this property will be required to obtain any necessary easements through adjoining properties for ingress and egress from this property. Said easements shall be required prior to or in conjunction with the first development in the PUD that proposes to use any access through adjoining properties. (Ord. 1147, 7-31-1995)
