043-05: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall with the approval of the city council adopt building restrictions, easements and covenants pertaining to the property where the developer and the city deem appropriate. (Ord. 1147, 7-31-1995)
