The splitting of any parcel within the PUD shall require the submittal of a subdivision plat for the review and approval of the City of West Des Moines prior to, or in conjunction with development of that portion of the PUD. Said parcel shall be platted in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance and the Des Moines Metropolitan Standards as adopted by the City of West Des Moines to delineate within a plat the parcel to be developed or sold separately or any portion thereof. Should the platting of the property create joint usage of a private street, drive, or common area, a homeowner's association document or similar instrument, shall be submitted to the City for review. Said document shall address joint ingress-egress and the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the shared drives and utilities. (Ord. 1121, 1-30-1995)
