Pedestrian access shall be provided from all parcels to permit and encourage pedestrian movement between parcels and to employment and commercial centers in the area versus utilizing motorized vehicles for access. Particular emphasis shall be placed upon providing pedestrian access, if possible, to the office and commercial land uses in the area to encourage the tenants of the development to utilize alternative modes of transportation. Consideration should also be included for pedestrian access to the future park site to the east of the Westin Heights PUD. (Ord. 1121, 1-30-1995)
