Parcel B shall have access to South 26th Street. The centerline of this access to South 26th Street shall not be closer than one hundred twenty five feet (125') from the centerline of E.P. True Parkway. At the time of site plan review, special consideration shall be given to this driveway location. It is intended that the driveway to South 26th Street shall be located as far south as practical from E.P. True Parkway. Parcel C shall have access to Delavan Drive. In the event that parcels B and C are developed jointly as a single site, without any light industrial uses, a driveway connection shall be allowed between parcels B and C, provided that it is an indirect route to discourage through traffic from Delavan Drive to South 26th Street.
