006-09: STREET RIGHT OF WAY:

The ultimate street right of way, as identified on the West Des Moines comprehensive plan, shall be dedicated to the city for all public streets adjacent to, or within the BEH II PUD at the time of platting, site plan, or permitted conditional use permit review. (Ord. 1430, 1-8-2001)
