Pedestrian access shall be provided from all adjacent properties to the commercial uses developed within the Three Fountains Commercial PUD. The design and/or location of the pedestrian walkways shall be determined at the site plan development or platting stage with a master pedestrian circulation plan being reviewed and approved as a component of the first plat or with the first site plan approval within the Three Fountains Commercial PUD. The intent of this area requirement is to discourage the use of motorized vehicles for employees and tenants within the surrounding office buildings desiring to frequent the commercial uses within the area and encourage pedestrian traffic.
