Prior to development within any part of the PUD, a master plan shall be prepared showing the location of new public streets within or adjoining the parcel in order to assure workable street patterns, grades, and usable building sites. The master plan should also address building locations, pedestrian orientation and/or access, and other elements identified within this PUD. (Ord. 1180, 5-20-1996; amd.
