It is anticipated that the city will need to extend an additional sanitary sewer trunk line along the existing sanitary sewer that crosses the northern portion of the property. It is also anticipated that an additional sanitary sewer easement will be needed adjacent to the existing easement to accommodate the new sewer line. The design of this sewer has not been developed at the time of rezoning of the property; therefore, the developer at the time of development of any portion of the PUD will be responsible for providing the necessary easement for the future public sanitary sewer. The north line of the future public sanitary sewer easement shall be twenty five feet (25') north and parallel to the existing public sanitary sewer. The developer at the time of development of any portion of the PUD will also be responsible for providing five (5) additional feet to the south half of the existing public sanitary sewer easement width which will be a total of fifteen feet (15') south of the existing public sanitary sewer.
