The PUD shall be developed in accordance with a single master plan schematically showing private street and drive alignments, building locations, parking lot locations, stormwater detention and management facilities, utilities and other accessory or ancillary uses supportive of the principal permitted use. The master plan for the development shall be submitted and approved by the city council after a recommendation by the planning and zoning commission prior to or in conjunction with site plan or plat approval for any portion of the PUD. The master plan may be amended from time to time in the same manner as its original review and approval by the city council after a recommendation by the planning and zoning commission.
