Pedestrian access shall be provided from all adjacent properties to the commercial uses developed within the Westown Centre PUD. The design and/or location of the pedestrian walkways shall be determined at the site plan and/or platting stage with a master pedestrian circulation plan being reviewed and approved as a component of the first site plan and/or plat approval of the Westown Centre PUD area. The intent of this area requirement is to discourage the use of motorized vehicles for employees and tenants within the area desiring to frequent the commercial uses within the area.
