036-05: BUILDING RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND COVENANTS:

The developer shall with the approval of the City Council adopt building restrictions, easements and covenants pertaining to the property where the developer and the City deem appropriate. (Ord. 1098, 8-15-1994)
