On file with the community development department of the city and made a part of this rezoning approval for concept description and delineation of three (3) parcels, labeled A, B, and C for the ease of identification, is the sketch plan document for the BEH II planned unit development (PUD). It is recognized minor shifts or realignments of bordering roadways and adjustment to building sites may be necessary and compatible with the need to acquire workable traffic patterns, grades and usable building sites, but the general plan layout, including the relationship of uses to each other and the development requirements shall be used as the implementation guide. Wherever conflict occurs between the written text in this document and the notations on the sketch plan, the written text shall prevail. (Ord. 1430, 1-8-2001)
