034-08: STREET RIGHTS OF WAY:

Adequate street right of way shall be provided for the construction, reconstruction and widening of adjoining streets adjacent to, or within the Boone Farm PUD. Said right of way shall be dedicated to the city at the time of platting. (Ord. 1252, 6-16-1997)
