Prior to, or in conjunction with development of any portion of parcel F and/or parcel G, the construction of Old South 50th Street, equivalent to thirty one feet (31') back to back paving, shall be reviewed at the time of platting. Prior to the recordation of any final plats within parcel F or G, a performance bond, in favor of the city, shall be required for the costs associated with the paving of the portion of old South 50th Street adjacent to parcels F and G, should the owner choose to not pave South 50th Street from the northern property line of the PUD to the eastern boundary of the property at that time.
