032-08: STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY:

Adequate street right-of-way in accordance with the comprehensive plan shall be provided for the construction, reconstruction and widening of adjoining streets adjacent to, or within the Ryun Farm PUD. Said right-of-way shall be dedicated to the City at the time of platting. (Ord. 1271, 10-6-1997)
