The developer, their successors and assigns, if any, shall provide the city with acceptable documentation providing that all properties within the PUD, with the exception of parcels K, K-1, I and L, and all lots fronting on S. 60th Street in parcel D, shall belong to the association which will be responsible and liable for the ownership and maintenance (all costs associated with) of all private streets. A minimum of fifty feet (50') of right of way and twenty five feet (25') of paving measured from back of curb to back of curb shall apply to all private streets within the Glen Oaks PUD. This agreement shall forever run with and be filed against the title of all parcels within the PUD. (Ord. 1568, 1-20-2004)
