A maximum of four hundred thirty-four (434) residential units shall be established for parcels located south of Mills Civic Parkway with the exception of Parcel I, Parcel J and Parcel M. The maximum overall unit density for said parcels, excluding Parcel I, Parcel J and Parcel M, shall not exceed the low density residential designation of the comprehensive plan with a maximum overall density being one dwelling unit per acre.
