Along the east side of Jordan Creek Parkway, parcels C, E, F, or other ground incorporated into the PUD at a later date, as identified in exhibit A on file in the city, shall provide adequate right of way width for a ten foot (10') pedestrian and bike route in conjunction with the platting of the property, or a submittal of a development entitlement proposal on an existing lot.
