Prior to, or in conjunction with development or transfer of ownership of any portion of the PUD, said area shall be platted in accordance with the city's subdivision ordinance to delineate within a plat the parcel to be developed or sold separately or any portion thereof.
In conjunction with the platting of parcel E and/or parcel F or any portion thereof, section 10-3-2 of the city code dealing with required improvements, is amended with respect to parcel F to provide as follows:
A. Sewer: The city shall provide public sewer service to a public manhole to serve parcel E and/or parcel F. The public manhole shall be located north of Ashworth Road, south of parcel F, between 72nd Street and Jordan Creek Parkway (f/k/a 74th Street), approved by the city in connection with applicable preliminary platting and final platting procedures, with such manhole to be the terminus of public sewer service. From that point on throughout the platted portions of parcel E and parcel F, the developer shall be allowed to have a private sewer line, and the relationship among developer and the owners, if any, of lots in such subdivisions with respect to such private sewer line shall be governed by private agreement.
