Adequate screening or buffering of negative aspects of buildings (loading docks, garbage dumpsters and HVAC mechanical units) from any street (public or private) and adjoining properties shall be required. Buildings shall not be located and designed in such a manner as to expose loading docks, service doors, loading areas, or the rear of buildings to public streets. Trash enclosures, generators, or other mechanical equipment shall be set back a minimum setback distance equal to the parking lot setback of the associated parcel boundary. No outside storage of products or materials, except for retail sales purposes as allowed elsewhere in the PUD, shall be permitted. Buffering requirements and provisions of title 9, ordinance 1073, buffers required, of the city code shall be applied to development within the Country Club Office Plaza planned unit development, except if other, specific requirements are set forth elsewhere within this ordinance.
