All signage within the PUD shall be designed, constructed and maintained in accordance with the West Des Moines Sign Code. The zoning district designated for application of bulk regulations for each parcel shall govern signage allowances and design. Halo or back lit signs may be allowed; however, no internally illuminated signage shall face the residential building on parcel A or the single-family dwellings located to the east of the PUD, including the existing dwelling east of PUD Parcel D.
