The Ashworth 88 PUD intends to establish a framework for the integration of high density residential, commercial, and office land uses in a visually cohesive, walkable, and pedestrian focused development. The development will take advantage of the existing greenway creek along the east side of the development and provide a series of interconnected pedestrian-oriented sidewalk and trails throughout the development. The development will include a privately maintained north/south tree lined street through the center of the development to provide internal access to all the parcels within the development and promote walkability between establishments within the development. Priority within the development shall be given to the pedestrian, rather than to vehicles. (Ord. 2533, 8-1-2022)
