An area of land calculated by a set formula based upon the density (total number of dwelling units) of the proposed development is required to be dedicated for purposes of a public park and greenway as per city code. A Parkland Dedication Agreement, acceptable to the Park and Recreation Department, detailing the specifics related to the Parkland Dedication obligations for the development of any area contained within the PUD is required to be submitted. Intended amenities and facilities to fulfill dedication requirements shall be identified as part of preliminary plat/site plan review of a PUD parcel. A Parkland Dedication Agreement, acceptable to the Parks and Recreation Department, detailing the specifics related to the Parkland Dedication requirements for each area developed as residential is required to be executed in conjunction with the associated final plat or site plan, whichever is approved first.
