Prior to or in conjunction with development or transfer of ownership of any portion of the property covered by this PUD, the following plans shall be required:
A. Preliminary Plat and Final Plat: The PUD area shall be platted in accordance with the City's Subdivision Ordinance. Parcels created via the Plat-of-Survey process and platted Outlot(s) identified on a plat shall be unbuildable until such time that the plat-of-survey parcel and/or Outlot is re-platted into a developable lot through the preliminary plat and final plat process.
