027-15: STORM WATER MANAGEMENT:

There shall be submitted to, and approved by the West Des Moines city engineer, a complete storm water management plan for all storm sewer and drainage systems within the PUD, to be prepared by the developer prior to development within the PUD. (Ord. 1330, 10-5-1998)
