Pedestrian access shall be provided from uses within the West Lakes PUD to the commercial uses developed within Parcels A, B, D, H and I. The design and/or location of the pedestrian walkways shall be determined at the platting stage with a master pedestrian circulation plan being reviewed and approved as a component of the first plat approval of the West Lakes PUD area. The intent of this requirement is to discourage the use of motorized vehicles for employees within the office park desiring to frequent the commercial uses within the area.
