Buffers in accordance with City Code shall be required along areas of dissimilar land use (north and east perimeters of the PUD parcel) and along the frontage of Booneville Road to buffer the dwelling units from the anticipated significant traffic of Booneville Road. No buffer will be required along the west perimeter of the PUD parcel as the adjacent property carries the obligation of providing a buffer due to the current land use designation of a higher intense use. All buffers in Parcel A shall be planted, mulched and staked prior to issuance of any occupancy permits for the last five homes within those lots adjacent to the buffer (anticipated to be Lots 1-15, King’s Grove Plat 2). All buffers within Parcel B shall be planted, mulched and staked prior to issuance of any final occupancy permits for units within the second to last building constructed and no occupancy permits, temporary or final for units within the last building constructed not already installed.
