As part of the PUD a sketch plan is attached to the ordinance codified herein and on file with the Development Services Department which delineates two PUD Parcels, Parcel ‘A’ zoned for General Industrial development and Parcel ‘B’ zoned for Business Park development. (Ord. 2471, 5-17-2021)
