A parcel of land in the SW1/4 of Section 6, Township 78 North, Range 25 west of the 5th P.M., City of West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa that is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the east line of said SW1/4, said point being the northeast corner of Sun Prairie Plat 1, an Official Plat; thence N89°56'48"W, 1319.96 feet along the north line of Sun Prairie Plat 1 to a point on the west line of the E1/2 of said SW1/4 to a point; thence N00°25'28"W, 310.01 feet along the west line of the E1/2 of said SW1/4 to a point; thence S89°56'48"E, 1319.97 feet to a point on the east line of said SW1/4; thence S00°25'23"E, 310.01 feet along the east line of said SW1/4 to the point of beginning, and to be platted as Sun Prairie Plat 2, and;
A parcel of land in the W1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 6, Township 78 North, Range 25 West, City of West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa bordered on the east by the R.O.W. of Interstate 35, bordered on the west by Dixie Acres #1 plat, bordered on the south by the R.O.W. of Ashworth Road and bordered on the north by a line parallel to the R.O.W. of Ashworth Road and 467' north of the north R.O.W. boundary of Ashworth Road.
And, rezoning from A-1 Agricultural District to R-6 Multi-Family Residential District to PUD Planned Unit Development:
