023-09: STREET RIGHTS-OF-WAY:

Adequate street right-of-way shall be provided for the construction, reconstruction and widening of adjoining streets adjacent to, or within the Jordan Park Vista PUD. Said right-of-way shall be dedicated to the City at the time of platting. (Ord. 970, 6-10-1991)
