Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 5 of the Official Plat of the South 1/2 of Section 7 Township 78, North, Range 25 West said point also being the West 1/4 corner of said Section 7; thence N89°45'51"(seconds) East along the north line of the SW1/4 of Section 7 for 52.14 feet to the south right-of-way line of the Chicago and Northwestern Railroad; thence along said south right-of-way line a 22,968.3 foot radius curve to the left with an initial tangent of S72°28'01"E for a chord of 1399.24 feet and a chord bearing of S74°12'45"E for the length of 1399.46 feet to the east line of Lot 5, the east line of Lot 5 also being the east line of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 Section 7, T 78 N, R 25 W; thence S00°30'20"W along said east line of Lot 5 for 935.39 feet to the south line of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4; thence S89°52'36"W along the south line of the NW1/4 of the SW1/4 for 1402.52 feet to the west line of Lot 5, the west line of Lot 5 also being the west line of the SW1/4; thence N00°31'43"E along the west line of the SW1/4 for 1318.91 feet to the point-of-beginning.
