A. Residential Uses: There shall be no maximum density restriction on any PUD parcel; however, the collective total number of dwellings allowed within all parcels included in the Midtown Redevelopment PUD shall not exceed ninety-four (94) dwelling units. Dwelling units may not be located on the first floor of any building located within parcel A. Dwelling units shall be allowed on the first floor of a building in parcel B.
B. Commercial (Office/Retail) Uses, except Restaurants: The collective total commercial square footage between all buildings within the Midtown Redevelopment PUD shall not exceed seven thousand (7,000) square feet. Unless otherwise provided in this PUD, at a minimum, the first floor of the building on both parcels A shall consist of only commercial uses.
C. Restaurant Uses: Of the collective commercial square footage, restaurants within Parcels A and B shall not exceed six thousand eight hundred (6,800) square feet.
