An area of land calculated by a set formula based upon the density (total number of dwelling units) of the proposed development is required to be dedicated for purposes of a public park and greenway as per city code. A Parkland Dedication Agreement, acceptable to the Parks and Recreation Department, detailing the specifics related to the Parkland Dedication requirements for the development of any area contained within the PUD is required to be executed in conjunction with the preliminary plat for the PUD area. At the time of final platting of land directly adjacent to the proposed park and greenway locations, the parcels shall be deeded to the City. (Ord. 2383, 10-21-2019)
