A parcel of land located in the SE1/4 of Section 7, Township 78 North, Range 25 West of the 5th P.M., City of West Des Moines, Polk County, Iowa, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the west line of said SE1/4 that is 33.00 feet north of the S1/4 corner of Section 7; thence N00°35'39"E, 222.00 feet along said west line to a point; thence N47°48'38"E, 176.61 feet along the east line of Jordan Park, an official plat, to a point; thence N13°21'57"E, 483.12 feet along the east line of Jordan Park to a point; thence N13°19'31"W, 526.76 feet along the east line of Jordan Park to a point; thence northeasterly along a curve to the left having a radius of 586.67 feet; an arc length of 386.62 feet, and a chord bearing of N59°15'32"E, to a point of reverse curvature; thence northeasterly along a curve to the right having a radius of 586.00 feet, an arc length of 328.17 feet to a point on the west right-of-way (R.O.W.) line of Interstate Highway #35; thence S01°06'01"E, 230.11 feet along said west R.O.W. line to a point; thence S01°47'01"E, 503.04 feet along said west R.O.W. line to a point; thence S03°21'05"E, 965.26 feet along said west R.O.W. line to a point; thence S89°59'59"W, 796.10 feet to the point of beginning and containing 21.1 acres more or less.
