Unless otherwise provided for via the development agreement for this site, improvements and modifications to adjoining public roads (Mills Civic Parkway, S. Jordan Creek Parkway and S. 81st Street) as identified within the traffic study shall be constructed by the City as dictated within the development agreement or if the developer is required to construct, the improvements must be accepted by the City Council or the developer may petition the City Council to provide surety in lieu of public improvement acceptance prior to approval and recordation of the first final plat. Dedication of permanent right-of-way to accommodate public road improvements shall be provided as necessary upon request. Temporary right-of-way required during the construction/installation shall be provided as necessary. (Ord. 2221, 5-15-2017)
