A parcel of land being a part of and lying entirely within the south half (S 1/2), of the northeast quarter (NE 1/4), of section 14, township 78 north, range 26 west of the 5th P.M., West Des Moines, Dallas County, Iowa, and is more particularly described as follows;
Commencing at the center of section 14,
