Landscaping for open space, parking lots, and screening shall be required as set forth in title 9, chapter 19, "Landscaping", of the City Code. All screening and parking lot landscaping requirements are in addition to required open space landscaping requirements.
A. Open Space: Open space landscaping shall be provided according to title 9, chapter 19, "Landscaping", of the City Code.
B. Parking: The screening of the parking spaces facing the public street and those parking spaces directly facing adjacent property will be screened with vegetation of at least three feet (3') in height and providing one hundred percent (100%) opacity. Other parking lot landscaping will be required according to title 9, chapter 19, "Landscaping", of the City Code.
C. Graywater Disposal Site: Landscape screening will be provided to screen the disposal site from the north view. The height of the vegetation should be enough to screen above ground equipment to one hundred percent (100%) opacity.
D. Dumpster Enclosure: Vegetation shall be required to provide opaque screening of dumpster enclosures on all sides visible from the public right-of-way or adjacent properties except for the door side.
E. Ground Mounted Systems And Equipment: Ground mounted mechanical systems and other equipment such as transformers, utility boxes, and outdoor distillery equipment will be screened from public view by vegetation a minimum of three feet (3') in height at the time of installation and will be expected to grow to a height that will provide one hundred percent (100%) screening. Screening of the silos or vats directly related to the distillery manufacturing process will be exempt from the one hundred percent (100%) screening due to the anticipated height of this equipment.
