Parking shall be governed by title 9, chapter 15, "Off Street Parking And Loading", of the City Code, for all uses within the PUD, unless modified by this section.
A. Commercial Kitchen: The commercial kitchen is intended for the use of food trucks to prepare foods for distribution and consumption elsewhere. A minimum of three (3) parking spaces per food truck will be provided, one (1) of those spaces may be a covered space and will count towards meeting the three (3) spaces per food truck. If the kitchen is to be used for other individuals and groups in addition to the food trucks, additional parking at a rate of three (3) spaces for every one thousand (1,000) square feet of gross floor area will be required.
B. Beer Hall: The beer hall use will require one and one-half (11/2) parking spaces for every one hundred (100) square feet of gross floor area, including square footage for patron patios and outdoor use areas.
C. Distillery: The distillery will require three (3) parking spaces for every one thousand (1,000) gross square feet. The proposed patio adjacent to the distillery is intended for the use of employees and distillery equipment. If the patio is to be used in the future for patrons, a minor modification to the site plan application will need to be submitted and parking availability will be checked at that time to determine if the patio will be allowed to be open to patrons. If space in the distillery is devoted to the consumption of alcohol greater than that allowed by the State of Iowa as of the date of this PUD, a permitted conditional use permit for a bar must be submitted to the City and reviewed by the Board of Adjustment. Additional parking at a rate of one and one-half (11/2) spaces per one hundred (100) square feet of gross floor area for the bar portion of the distillery or the use of the patio by patrons will be required to be accommodated on site.
