A. Zoning district compatibility and transitioning, as applicable, shall comply with section 9-5-7 of the city code.
B. A minimum thirty foot (30') landscape buffer shall be provided along S88th Street, Coachlight Drive (Rockwood Lane) and the western property boundary. Buffer width, earthen berming and minimum vegetation shall abide by subsection 9-19-8E of the city code. The buffer and building setbacks can overlap; however, no part of a structure may encroach into the buffer. The landscape buffers shall be indicated on the preliminary plat and the landscape buffering planting plan submitted for review with the site plan. (Ord. 2090, 5-4-2015)
