Beginning at a point that is 33.00 feet south and 33.00 feet west of the NE corner of said Section 7, thence S00°00'00" East (assumed for the purpose of this description only) along the westerly right-of-way line of State Farm Road, 2589.48 feet to a point on the south line of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 7, said point being 33.00 feet westerly of the East 1/4 corner of said Section 7; thence S00°08'00" West along said westerly right-of-way line, 1003.96 feet to a point on the northerly right-of-way line of the Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company Railroad (formerly known as the Minneapolis and St. Louis Railway); thence North 81°27'09" West along said northerly right-of-way line of said railroad, 1439.80 feet to a point on the easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 35, said point being 240.00 feet normally distant from the centerline of said Interstate No. 35; thence North 10°22'38" West along said easterly right-of-way line, 776.32 feet to a point on the south line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7, said point being 120.00 feet normally distant from the centerline of said Interstate No. 35; thence North 00°15'57" East along said easterly right-of-way line, 2577.59 feet to a point that is 201.50 feet easterly of the centerline of said Interstate No. 35 and 60.00 feet southerly of the north line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 7; thence North 89°34'57" East and parallel to said north line of said Northeast 1/4, 271.48 feet to a point; thence North 00°25'03" West, 27.00 feet to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Ashworth Road; thence North 89°34'57" East along said southerly right-of-way line, 1282.45 feet to the point of beginning and containing 123.00 acres more or less, and containing the Knolls, Plats #1 and #2.
