On file with the Community Development Department of the City and made a part of this comprehensive plan amendment and rezoning approval, for concept description and delineation is the revised sketch plan for West Park Planned Unit Development which incorporates that property as herein acted upon and legally described in Section 1 of Ordinance 681. The revised sketch plan for West Park PUD as accepted and approved by the City Council of West Des Moines, Iowa on February 2, 1987 shall be binding not only upon the herein acted upon rezoned property but all future development within the West Park PUD as of the effective date of this Ordinance. It is recognized that the minor shifts or realignments of roadways, lot lines and units may be necessary and compatible with the need to acquire workable street patterns, grades, and usable building sites, but the general plan layout, including the relationship of unit types to each other and the relationship of unit types to the general plan framework, traffic layout, and development requirements shall used as the implementation guide.
